We started out with the delightful tabak maaz, fried lamb ribs flavoured with mild and fragrant spices, possibly the best start we could have asked for. Next we chomped on some incredibly soft and smoky shikampuri kebabs. Up next were some tender chicken and paneer tikkas, juicy and done to perfection. Moving on to mains, we tried some butter chicken and naan, followed by some DIY Haleem. Meat ground with lentils, wheat and barley screams comfort. It is served with the side of finely chopped onions, coriander, lemon wedges, fried onions etc, which you can add as per your liking. Among desserts, you just cannot miss the shahi tukda, phirni and boondi kheer.
